Refund policy

At Ze’ Apparel, all items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at epimservices@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering errors. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
